How do I create my pet's profile? +

Open the app, tap Add Pet on the home screen, fill in your pet's name, species and (optionally) breed and date of birth. You can add or edit photos at any time from the pet profile screen.

How does the AI behavior analysis work? +

Tap the camera button, take a photo or short video of your pet, and upload it. Our AI analyzes visual cues such as posture, facial expression and body language, then returns a structured insight covering emotion, motivation and suggested actions. AI insights are for reference only and are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

How do I invite my family to share a pet? +

From the pet profile, open Family and tap Invite. Share the generated link or QR code with your family member. Once they accept, they can view and contribute to the shared pet space according to the role you assigned them.

How do I delete my account or data? +

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, pet records, media and analyses. You can also email support@getpaworld.com and we will process the request on your behalf.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it? +

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email you signed up with. We'll send a reset link. If the email never arrives, check spam or contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android via Google Play's Subscriptions page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I report a bug or request a feature? +

Email support@getpaworld.com with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. Including your device model and app version helps us reproduce issues faster.

How do I report inappropriate content or a user? +

On any post in the Discover feed, tap the ••• menu and choose Report. Our moderation team reviews reports daily. For urgent issues, email support@getpaworld.com.
